This week was grand, as always. Elder McCollum and I ended our Sunday excited. On Thursday, we had the grand opportunity to go to the Temple! What a joy it is to be in the House of the Lord. Leaving it again honestly just made me want to go again. I won't say I'm not excited to be able to go to the Temple with more frecuency when I return. I'll never forget going through the first time with my parents and grandparents, and being able be together with them. As we ended together, I felt a special spirit and a specail joy knowing that as we were together in peace that day inside of that holy house, so too will we be together in peace in the world to come, and with even greater numbers of family! Elder McCollum bought a church movie that I'd never heard of called "The Book of Mormon: How Rare a Possession", and we watched it the other day. It was really good! I recommend it to all. I don't really have time to preface it, but the main point is that us having that book is truly a blessing, and has been a grand blessing for millions of people who have read it and likewise through prayer received an answer that it is of God. As I read the scriptures daily, especialy the Book of Mormon, I've found peace and joy, and received answers to doubts and difficulties. Read and pray! It is the answer.
I love all of you quite a lot and hope your weeks are beautiful.
Amor,
Elder McDonald
